if it is found to be your software or scripting you are using and would still like our help in fixing or assisting you to resolve the error you are encountering due to software and or scripts you are using, please note there will be an hourly fee of £25.00 GBP + VAT
We will ask if you would like us to go ahead and fix the error or assist in fixing for you, and by you accepting you are and will be agreeing to the above Hourly Fee.
